1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website and placing orders, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Traal.
2. Placing Orders
When you place an order through our website:
- You are making an offer to purchase the listed products at the stated prices
- Your order is confirmed only once we have verified your payment and sent a WhatsApp confirmation
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or if we suspect fraud
- Providing false contact details or delivery addresses may result in order cancellation
Order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp to the number you provide. Please ensure your WhatsApp number is correct.
3. Payment
We accept mobile money payments (Airtel Money, MTN MoMo) and bank transfers where available. All payments must be made before order fulfilment unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are listed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise stated
- You must provide a valid transaction reference after making payment
- We reserve the right to request proof of payment before processing your order
- Payments are non-refundable except in cases outlined in our Returns policy below
We do not store your payment credentials. All mobile money transactions happen directly through your network provider.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is available within our specified service area. Please check with us before ordering if you are unsure
- Delivery fees, where applicable, are communicated before or at the point of delivery
- We will do our best to meet any preferred delivery date and time you specify, but these are not guaranteed
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
- If you are unavailable at your delivery address, we will contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem:
- Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion
- Size exchanges: We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached
- Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.
6. Products & Pricing
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but the price at the time of your order is what you pay
- Stock availability is updated regularly but is not guaranteed. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund
7. User Accounts
Creating an account is optional but allows you to track orders and save your details. If you create an account:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms
- You can delete your account at any time by contacting us
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Place fraudulent orders or provide false information
- Use our website to engage in any unlawful activity
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website or systems
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission
- Leave false or malicious reviews
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Traal is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
- Loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control
- Issues arising from third-party services (payment providers, delivery partners, etc.)
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
